Warranty Policy

Every Paltoos 2-in-1 Orthopedic Bed is built around a 4-inch dual-layer orthopedic mattress: 1 inch of 55D premium memory foam on top of 3 inches of high-density 40D support foam. We stand behind it with a 6-year foam warranty.
1. What is covered
The foam mattress insert of the Paltoos 2-in-1 Orthopedic Bed is covered for 6 full years from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects under normal use, including:
- Permanent sagging or body impressions deeper than 2.5 cm (1 inch), measured with no weight on the mattress.
- Foam crumbling, cracking or breaking down.
- The foam layers separating.
The warranty is full, not pro-rata: the cover is the same in year 6 as in year 1.
2. What we do
If your claim is approved, we will replace the foam mattress insert free of charge with the same or an equivalent specification, and deliver it to you at no cost. We may ask for the old insert to be returned. The replacement insert is covered for the rest of the original 6-year period.
3. What is not covered
- Outer covers, canvas fabric, zippers, bolsters, polyfill and the anti-skid base. Report any defect in these within 48 hours of delivery under our Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy.
- Damage from chewing, scratching, digging or other pet behaviour.
- Stains, liquid or urine damage, washing the foam, or soaking it in water.
- Damage from direct sunlight, heat sources or improper storage.
- Normal softening of memory foam, and impressions under 2.5 cm.
- Comfort preference or a change of mind.
- Beds bought from unauthorised sellers, or used without their protective cover.
4. How to make a claim
- Email support@paltoos.com or WhatsApp +91 72900-01336 with your Order ID or invoice.
- Send clear photos of the foam insert. For sagging, include a photo with a ruler or measuring tape showing the depth. The transparent display section of the foam cover makes it easy to show us the foam.
- We will reply within 2 working days. In some cases we may arrange a pickup to inspect the insert.
5. Caring for your foam
- Keep the foam inside its protective cover at all times.
- Flip and rotate the mattress every few weeks for even wear.
- Do not wash the foam. Spot clean only, and air dry away from direct sunlight.
6. General
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It is in addition to your rights under Indian consumer law.
